Notwithstanding anything written in section 99, if the divorced wife wants to take a lump sum or annual or monthly amount or expenses from her husband without taking a share, the court may award a lump sum to such wife based on the property or income of the husband. The amount or expenses can be paid daily or annually or monthly. But if such a wife marries another, such amount or expenses will not have to be paid.
